■ How to order
The items are very easy to order.
The following information is required:
- Name (If your name has any significant meaning to it, please
be sure to inform us)
o Example "Alegria" is a Spanish name and means "happiness"
- Email
- Additional Requests
o Example
If you'd like the artist to use both names (last and first)
If you'd prefer the poem to be a certain length
If you'd like the artist to write the poem on a wall hanging
(priced separately, please contact us)
■ Payment
To ensure a pleasant experience, we have set up the safe and easy
to use PayPal system. After
receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation to your
email address. In the confirmation email, we will include the total
amount and direct link to your PayPal account. For customers who
do not have a PayPal account, please click the following
PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express and does not require a registration or remittance fee.
■ Shipment
As mentioned above, after receiving your order, we will send a confirmation
email asking you to review your order (billing/shipping address
etc) once more. Upon receiving payment, we will then ship your items
and send an email letting you know the date of shipment. Since each
item is unique and handmade, please allow for seven business days
from the day the item is ordered until shipment.
■ Shipping fee
For international orders, items will be placed in an insured EMS
package, which will be sent through Japan
Post. Domestic orders will be shipped through Sagawa
Delivery. Please reference the charts below as prices may differ
according to country. Prices will also vary depending on the weight
of the item(s). We will calculate and inform you of the exact price
after your order is placed. Lastly, we intend to comply with the
currency conversion rate that has been determined by PayPal. Please
view the PayPal website for more information.

■ Additional Notice
Please note we do not accept refunds. The only exceptions made to
the company policy is in the event that there is a mistake on our
part or if the product is found to be defective. If you are unsatisfied
with the finished product and for any other questions or concerns
